Do we need Degree certificate i.e. Convocation for applying

Hi Friends,

I have 2.5 yrs of exp in an MNC as a S/W Engr.
Now I am applying for H1B thru some consultancy.

I have my B.Tech(completed in 2004) Markslist and Provisonal certificates.But I didn't collect my Convocation from University till now.

Is it mandatory to submit Convocatio for H1B Filing ?
Plz help....It's very urgent !!

Hey buddy dont worry about convocation man,

if u have provisional thats more than nought they are going to see and qualify ur educational period thats it and it doesn't make any sense even if u keep convocation or not.

if u need some thing else just post it ill try to help u!!!!
