Friends, Please let me know wt's your experiences etc with this consultancy ?

Can we belive them & process H1B thru them ?

ITSPIN is a CHEAP Labor company engaged in INS and IRS Fraud activities.

The Name of the owner is Raghuveer Bandaru. He lives in Fresco Texas and He incorporated the company (by Virtual office) in Nashua, NH. He will get fresh MS (Indian) students on OPT or get junior level programmers from India. He makes you wok like ass but will not pay more than $47000.

I had a friend who worked for them last year and Raghuveer (the CEO) withheld $8000 of my friends pay when his project was over. He was on Bench for 3 months and later joined Teksystems and Rahuveer did NOT paid the withheld money $8000.

My friend told me that he cannot legally sue Raghuveer as during his H1-B filing it was indicated his pay as $45,000 and raghuveer said it is low below he will withheld his pay if my friend goes on bench and will allocate the money. But he did'nt. Also Raghuveer keeps 2-3 months of payments from client before he issues you a pay check.

No Health benefits (its a worst health insurance with $250 deductible for PCP visit with a cap of $50,000 per year max) you can get a better/cheaper one if you shop online.

Nothing else. basically he runs the company from his home at Fresco,TX with a virtual office in Nasuha,NH ?(which he never visited)

Lookout: USCIS will sooner or later audit this company and will take legal actions.

A dis-honest person (Raghuveer) runs this company.
* false promises before joining.
* Purposely delays payments
* He exploits/en cashes consultants vulnerability (legal status like h1b or GC under process)
* Very rude & unethical
* He will do anything for money ( unethical business practices)
* He tries to keep employees in control and threatens if you try to leave the company.

Its a nightmare working for this company.

so please do not work for ITSPIN , it is my honest advice.
